The company operates in the best interests of its talent, with the added value of Kimberly’s leadership and extensive industry experience at every level of performance. By adopting a traditional, nurturing approach talent can develop as artists, with a view to maximizing their performance and ability, through carefully strategized goals and career paths.

Using a 360-degree platform the company creates opportunities within the live industry as well as bridging the gap between working commercial dancers and talent acts with an existing fan base.

Using Kimberly’s passion for her craft and personal involvement, Beautiful Movements Management will act as a mentor as well as help facilitate and create a career path for each act, nurturing long-term success.

Charles Fitzgerald

Charles FitzGerald has spent the last 13 years working across the global music, sport & media industries. He’s previously held roles at Indie Mobile and ATM Artists (Swedish House Mafia management team) before taking over as Global Head of Sync & Brand Partnerships at [PIAS] in 2012. He currently oversees global strategy for the likes of Goldfrapp, Pixies, Flume, Tiesto, The Temper Trap, Enter Shikari, Soulwax, The Black Keys & Agnes Obel to name a few. In 2013 Charles and Kimberly started BM Management and together they've turned it into a global music, sport and celebrity management company. As well as being voted into Music Week’s prestigious 30 Under 30 (in 2014), Charles also serves as a founding BPI Innovation Hub board member and as a Guild of Music Supervisors committee member.

Max has been one of the World's leading male fashion models over the past 10 years, achieving unprecedented success with brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Dolce and Gabanna. Max combines his high level fashion and advertising connections with several years Marketing experience and an Upper Second Class degree in Marketing with Innovation, to drive the creative and PR side of Beautiful Movements Management.

Together with Kimberly Max has also created the Beautiful Movements Production Company and Network BMTV, achieving success and worldwide acknowledgment with triple award winning short film, Tea For Two. Max's experience and perspective help to build brands and create opportunities to showcase the respective talents of those brands, bringing a unique element to the BM business.

Katey Rogers

Katey has over 15 years experience within the creative, sales and management industries. With strong leadership and communication skills she brings a great combination of support and wide ranging knowledge to the BM Management team. Music and events have always been Katey’s passion. After studying music business, production and performance in London, she enjoyed a successful career as a live musician.

More recently she’s worked in business development and sales internationally, representing both small and large companies with great success. The combination of Katey’s knowledge within music and business, creates a strong platform for artists she works alongside.
